Responsibilities
- Working independently on our assessment platform which is specifically developed for our main customers.
- Assure and help the development team that the platform can migrate to the new modular assessment platform in 2020
- Work intensively with the product owner and account manager of the assessment platform.
- Writing reusable backend components and modules in PHP. Mainly in combination with the Symfony (3.x / 4.x) framework.
- Designing and implementing quality features that are covered by unit tests.
Skills:
- Bachelor level
- Open-minded team player
- Eagerness to learn, willingness to improve yourself
- Striving for quality and beauty in code
- Solid understanding of Design Patterns and ability to apply these in practice
- Experience with version control (we use Git)
- 3+ years of experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Experience with React and/or React Native
Nice to haves:
- Experience with tools like Webpack, SASS/LESS, Jest or NodeJS
- Experience with mobile application development
- Experience with the Symfony framework
- Experience with AMQP, e.g. with RabbitMQ
- Experience with TDD, BDD or DDD
- Affinity with privacy and security issues
